Additional Rep Fee
Fall 2026 Exhibitor Registration- Each exhibit space comes with 1 complimentary registration.
- All additional company representatives will need to purchase an additional representative ticket.
EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES
Please take note! This fall there are a few important guidelines that all exhibitors must adhere to:

- Each exhibit space includes one complimentary registration for a company representative. Any additional representatives will need to purchase an additional representative fee.
- The exhibit tables are 6 feet wide and displays absolutely cannot exceed 10 feet in width. No exceptions.
- Electric will be available free of charge but exhibitors must bring their own extension cords.

Our room block deadline passed on September 18. Now, anyone needing to book for the Fall Convention will need to contact the hotel directly at 410-266-6247 ext. 703. Let them know that you are with the Maryland Chiropractic Association and the Crowne Plaza Annapolis will do their best to accommodate if they have availability at that time.
