Exhibitor Guide

Spring 2026 Exhibitor Guidelines

 

  • An 8″ covered table with one chair will be provided
  • Each exhibiting company is only allowed one representative at their table
  • Displays absolutely cannot exceed 8″ in width. Exhibitors will not be allowed to set up displays that exceed 8″ in width.
  • We strongly encourage smaller table-top or pop-up banner displays.
  • A list of attendees will be provided but email lists will only be provided to MCA Partners.
  • Electric will need to be ordered by April 15, 2026.

Shipping Instructions

Conference exhibitors are responsible for making all shipping and payment arrangements for incoming as well as outgoing packages.

Please note: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to pack up their own materials for shipment, attach shipping labels, and have prearranged a shipment/carrier to pick up materials immediately following the close of the show.

When shipping please have the following clearly labeled on EACH package that is being delivered:

  • Maryland Chiropractic Association Meeting
  • Vendor and Contact Name
  • Date of the Program
  • Meeting/Event Space
  • The Sales Manager: Erik Weinert
  • Please note, for your convenience Turf Valley Resort have provided a shipping label (below).

Instructions for Delivery:

  • Due to limited storage space, please ship packages to arrive no earlier than 48 hours before event.
  • All shipments must be delivered to the Receiving Department, clearly labeled.
  • We recommend having a delivery truck with a lift gate to assist with heavy parcels.
  • No back of the truck deliveries will be accepted.
  • Turf Valley staff will not unload the parcels from the trucks.
  • The Trucking Company will be responsible for unloading all parcels.
  • Turf Valley does not have a loading dock.
  • Please note the entrance to our Receiving Department is 7’ High and 5’ Wide.
  • No item may exceed 1,000 lbs. There may be  additional height and width limitations based on the space used for the expo.

Retrieving your Parcels:

  • Turf Valley will not supply hand truck or pallet jacks for the movement/transportation of any shipped items.
  • Turf Valley will be able to assist in delivering standard packages to the meeting/event space.

Electric

To have electric at your table, it must be purchased by Wednesday, April 15. The cost is $40.00.

Exhibitor Game: The Adjustment Tour

To drive traffic, and to encourage engagement with exhibitors, a passport style game will distributed to attendees on Saturday morning. The game instructions follow below.

“The Adjustment Tour” Instructions:

  1. Each attendee will be given a “passport” at registration. To complete the passport, each exhibitor will ask a question and attendees will write down the answer. Exhibitors will choose what question they ask. Question ideas:
    1. “What is our newest product?”
    2. “What service would help your practice most?”
    3. “What’s one takeaway from our booth?”
  1. Each exhibitor will be in a spinal region, and attendees will need to visit 8/10 exhibitors without missing a region to complete the adjustment.
  1. The winner for a raffle basket will then be drawn on Sunday at 10:00 am. Attendee must be present to win. If you would like to contribute to the raffle basket, let us know at info@marylandchiro.com!
