What do you enjoy most or what were your most rewarding experiences involving your work in chiropractic?

What I enjoy most about practicing chiropractic is helping people make sense of pain that has felt confusing, frustrating, or unsolvable. Many patients come to me after months or years of care elsewhere feeling discouraged, not because they haven’t been trying, but because the true driver of their symptoms was never clearly identified. Some of the most rewarding moments happen during the exam, when a patient realizes in real time that their pain or muscle tightness is easily changeable through a specific movement or mechanical input, often without hands-on treatment or stretching. That shift from fear to confidence, especially when pain they’ve struggled with for years improves after a few repetitions of a simple exercise, never gets old. Empowering patients with strategies they can use on their own at work, while traveling, or in daily life helps them regain independence and return to the activities that matter most to them, which is what keeps me passionate about this work.

Provide a brief description of your practice areas:

My practice focuses on the evaluation and management of spine-related and extremity musculoskeletal pain, with an emphasis on mechanical diagnosis, active physical therapy, and patient self-management. I primarily treat neck pain, low back pain, headaches and migraines, disc herniations or bulges, and activity-related orthopedic conditions. Care is individualized, movement-based, and guided by evidence-informed clinical reasoning rather than passive or cookie cutter treatment approaches.

Outside of chiropractic, tell us something fun or interesting about yourself:

There was a time when my primary focus in life revolved around my practice, and I didn’t leave much room for anything else. Life taught me some very hard lessons, and I learned that while I was trying to build something for my family through my business, I wouldn’t have a family if I kept putting the business first. So, now I prioritize time with my wife and kids, I work out six days a week, and I see a therapist to optimize my mental health on a weekly basis. This helps keep me grounded and brings balance to both my personal life and my work.
